Wheaton, IL — Quattro acquires former PNC bank and neighboring house location at 250 Roosevelt Rd totaling 1.93 acres of land. Quattro has signed a lease with Physicians Immediate Care to operate a 3,500 square foot urgent care clinic and a second lease with Guidepost Montessori to operate a 10,000 square foot pre-school.
