July 27, 2022 – Quattro Development acquires two parcels of land in Moorestown and Mount Laurel, NJ from the same Seller at Marne Hwy & Centerton Rd. Quattro intends to develop the properties into a new school facility and a retail or restaurant building.

July 12, 2022 – Quattro Development acquires the 4,426 square foot former PNC Bank at 2101 S Brentwood Blvd. Quattro has signed a lease with Veterinary Emergency Group to operate a new veterinary clinic at the property. Quattro will be building a 761 square foot addition to the building.
