August 4, 2022 – Quattro Development acquires a 17,512 square foot building at 7610 Mineral Point Rd.  Quattro has signed a lease with Guidepost Montessori to open a new school at the location.  This is Quattro’s first acquisition in Wisconsin making it the 31st state for a Quattro Development project.
