Waldorf, MD — Quattro acquires a 9,895 square foot building on a 2 acres lot  at 6008 Hampshire Circle .  The building is fully leased to Higher Ground Education who will be operating a Guidepost Montessori on the property.  This is Quattro’s first project in the state of Maryland.
